Garden Sandwich

Ingredients
I Flatout Wrap (or sandwich thins will increase the nutritional information)2 tbs Hummus, homemade preferred but store bought ok4 slices cucumber4 small slices of tomato (or 2 big slices)1 oz of sliced avocado2 tbs+ Balsamic Onion Marmalade (used to calculate for homemade balsamic onions)1 oz Goat Cheese
Directions
1. Heat small pan for grilling and spray with nonstick spray.
2. Smear hummus on top and bottom of Foldit (or sandwich thins)
3. Add slices of cucumbers, tomatoes, and avacado.
4. Add balsamic onions
5. Top with Goat cheese
6. Grill sandwich in pan for 5 mins, about 2 mins each side to melt cheese.

Serving Size: Makes 1 Sandwich
