4 Medium Portabello mushroom caps1/2 pouch Boboli Pizza sauce1/2 Cup Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese12 small slices canadian bacon1 oz. diced pepperoni2 tbsp. olive oil
Pre-heat oven at 400. Brush sheet of aluminum foil with 1 tbsp oil and place mushrooms stem side down. Brush with remaining oil and salt and peppter. Bake for 10 minutes. Drain water from stem side of mushrooms. Top with pizza sauce, meat and cheese. Return to oven for 10 more minutes.
