Purple Pierogies

Ingredients
1 small head of Red Cabbage, shredded2 mid-sized Purple-top Turnips, cut into a small dice1.5 lbs 90% Ground Beef1/2 tsp saltblack pepper1/2 stick Butter (optional)2 boxes Mrs. T's Potato, Spinach, and Feta Peirogies
Directions
combine all but the pierogies in an extra large skillet. and cook on med-high heat until meat is cooked thoroughly and cabbage is wilted.

While cabbage mixture is cooking, boil water in large pot and cook pierogies according to box directions.

When everything is done, serve and eat.. but most of all, enjoy :)
