Aunt Millie's Fiber for Life 12 Whole Grain, 6 servingEgg, fresh, 4 largeMilk, 2%, 1 cupSplenda, 2 tspSalt, 1 tspButter, salted, 1 tbspCinnamon, ground, 2 tbspMaple Syrup, 6 tbsp
Toast Bread
Mix Eggs, Milk, Splenda, salt, and Cinnamon well. Dip Toasted Bread in egg mixture.
Brown with butter in skillet on medium high heat for three minutes each side or until side is browned.
serve with maple syrup
