Chicken Vindaloo Stirfry

Ingredients
Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Celery, raw, 2 stalk, mediumCarrots, raw, 2 mediumSweet peppers (bell), 1 mediumChicken Breast, chopped into 1-1.5 inch piecesOlive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)VH Vindaloo Sauce, 1.5 cup (remove)
Directions
Add the olive oil to a large frying pan and add the onions, celery, carrots, bell peppers. Cook until veggies have started to sweat. Add the chicken and sautee until chicken has been seared. Add the Vindaloo sauce and cook for another 10-15 minutes. Serve with preferred rice.
