All Cs: Cauliflower, carrot, and corn soup

Ingredients
4 medium carrots, chopped1 onion, chopped1 cauliflower head, chopped4 cups broth2 cups water1 tsp dried mustard1/2 tsp nutmeg1 tsp salt, optional1 cup cheddar cheese, optional2 leaves chard, optional
Directions
Place all vegetables in broth and water, covering vegetables. Bring to boil, and keep boiling until tender, about 10 minutes. 2 minutes before finished, place frozen corn in pot. (If you forget, place corn in pot after you've taken the veggies off heat.)

Take the vegetables off the heat, add salt, nutmeg, mustard, and cheese and let sit for a few minutes before using a food processor to blend ingredients. Blend together with raw chard for texture and taste.

Serve warm with sour cream.
