Heather's Crock Pot Potato Soup

6 medium potatoes, cut into small cubes3 cans of Swanson 99% fat free chicken broth1c 1% milk1 onion, diced1 8oz package cream cheese, cubed1Tbsp ground pepper8 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
Add ingredients to slow cooker/crock pot. Cook on high 6 hours or low 10 hours.
One hour before serving, take the lid off the crock pot and break up some of the potato pieces with a potato masher. This will release the potato starch making a more dense and creamy soup.
Great topped with a little shredded cheese and green onion!
