Ingredients
1 egg1/2 cup mashed banana1/4 cup flaked coconut1/3 cup flour1/2 tsp vanilla extract1/2 tsp baking powder1/3 cup blueberries
Directions
Combine all the ingredients together in a medium sized bowl and mix until egg and dry ingredients are all incorporated. Bake at 375 for ~15min.
