Strawberry Cake Batter Protein Muffins

Ingredients
Batter:4 Egg Whites1 cup Skim Milk2 cup Chopped Strawberries6 scoops Cake Batter Flavored Whey Protein1 1/4 cup Arrowhead Mills Organic Oat FlourTopping:1 Tbsp Cinnamon, ground3 Tbsp Splenda
Directions
Preheat oven to 325F

1. Mix egg whites and milk
2. Fold in protein and oat flour
3. Fold in strawberries
*Batter will be a bit gooey.

Spoon into non-stick sprayed muffin tin.

Mix Splenda and cinnamon and top coat muffins.

Bake muffins for about 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
