Homemade potato soup

Ingredients
1 medium potato cooked with skin2 cups non-fat milk2 tbsp chopped onion2 tsp Mrs. Dash, Garlic and Herb seasoningpepper to taste
Directions
cook potato, either in the microwave or on the stove
mash the potato and add the 2 cups non-fat milk
add 2 tbsp chopped onion
2 tsp Mrs. Dash, Garlic and Herb seasoning
pepper to taste

simmer to let flavors incorporate

I also sometimes add other spices such as paprika and nutmeg
