Endive with Blue Cheese, Walnut, and Raspberry Vinaigrette

Ingredients
1 head of Endive8-10 raspberries6 Walnut halves0.25 cup creamy Blue Cheese10 sprays Ken's Raspberry Walnut Vinaigrette
Directions
1. Cut the endive head on the end and separate each leaf.
2. Chop the walnuts (about 6 pieces) in chunks
3. In a bowl mix the walnuts, blue cheese, and raspberries with 10 sprays raspberry-walnut vinaigrette (preferrably Ken's Raspberry Walnut Vinaigrette sprayable).
4. Spoon bluecheese-raspberry-walnut mixture into each leaf of endive.
