Vegan Chicken Noodle Sooup

Ingredients
Ingredients:Onions, raw, 2 medium (2-1/2" dia) diced*Canola Oil, 3-4 tbsp Tofu, firm, 1 block diced small*Tumeric, .5 tspSalt, 1 tsp to taste*Knorr Vegetable Recipe Mix (soup broth), 8 tbsp we use Bulk Barn Vegetarian Soup MixRice Noodles, 200 grams break into 1-2 inch piecesWater, tap, 16 cup (8 fl oz) Sautee onions in a Dutch oven with oil until tenderAdd tofu and continue to sauteeAdd chicken seasoning and turmericStir well and continue to sauteeAdd 16 cups water. Bring to a boil. Add salt to taste.
Directions
Sautee onions in a Dutch oven with oil until tender
Add tofu and continue to sautee
Add chicken seasoning and turmeric
Stir well and continue to sautee
Add 16 cups water. Bring to a boil. Add salt to taste.

Just before serving, add noodles and cook until tender.
Garnish with fresh or dry parsley.
Makes one large Dutch oven. En
