Stuffed Peppers

Ingredients
In a frying pan add olive oil, 6 green onion whites, and turkey, and some chili powder and cumin. Cook for about 5 minutes until turkey is no longer pink. Add cooked white rice, corn, cumin, more chili powder, green chilies, pepper, salt, corn and cheese. When all mixed together add into peppers that have been halved the long way and cleaned out. Add .5 cup yogurt and .25 cups of water. Drizzle over peppers and then add salsa and green onion greens.
Directions
Heat oven to 375 and cook for 40 minutes and then add 1/2 of cheese needed and cook for 5-7 more minutes.
