Ingredients
Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean 10 oz.Pepper, black 1 table spoon cheese sauce 1tbsp wheat spaghetti 0.5 cupswater ,tap 2fl oz parsley, fresh 1 tsp yellow peppers , 2tspbasil,2 leaves
Directions
1.boil the spaghetti
2.take a seprate pat for your sauce
3.pour the water tap in to the pot and let boil
4. cut the peppers smaller
5.add the pepper,basil,parsley,and cheese sauce
6.stir that for 3 min.
7.pour the finshed sauce in to a bowl and set aside
8.get a pan and cook the ground turkey
9.after you cook it all mix it all together
10.enjoy
