Cuban Black Bean Cakes

Ingredients
Beans, black, 2 cupCilantro, raw, 4 tbsp*Ketchup, Heinz, 1 tbspGarlic powder, 1 tsp*Onion powder, 1 tspChili powder, .5 tsp*Cumin (ground), .5 tspOregano, ground, .5 tsp*Vegan Mayonnaise, 2 tbsp*Vegan Mayonnaise, 2 tbsp*White Cornmeal
Directions
preheat oven to 350F. Grease or line cookie sheet with parchment paper. In mixing bowl, mash beans with a fork so that no whole beans are left but the mixture is not mushy or pureed like refried beans. Add cilantro, ketchup, spices and mayo. and mix together. Add 1 T cornmeal and mix. If it is slightly sticky to the touch, add another 1 t to 1 T cornmeal. Try not to exceed 2 T. Shape into 4 patties. Bake for 10 minutes, flip and bake for 5 more minutes.
