Ground Turkey Stuffed Cabbage

Ingredients
10 Cabbage Leaves1lb Ground Turkey1/2Large Onion, Chopped1 cup whole grain brown rice, cooked1 large egg1/4 cup 2% Milk16 oz canned tomato sauce2 tbsp brown sugar2 tbsp lemon juice2 tsp Worcestershire sauceSalt & Pepper to taste
Directions
1. cook rice
2. Boil Cabbage leaves until slightly wilted (3-5 min)
3. mix ground turkey, onion, rice, egg, milk, salt & pepper in a bowl
4. in a separate bowl mix tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice and brown sugar.
5. put 1/10th of the meat mixture in each cabbage leaf and roll.
6. place in crock pot and pour tomato sauce mixture over the top.
7. cook on low for 7-9 hours

Serving Size: makes 10 stuffed cabbage
