Roasted Seasoned Chickpeas

Ingredients
1 can of chickpeas1 tbsp olive oil1 tsp curry powder (or other spices)1/2 tsp salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Drain and rinse chickpeas; make sure to pat them dry or they'll end up chewy. Mix chickpeas, curry, salt, and olive oil until chickpeas are well-coated. Make single layer of chickpeas on cookie sheet and place in heated oven for 30 minutes or until chickpeas are crunchy.
