Ingredients
2 cups Kale1 Gala Apple (Medium)1 Banana (Large)1 Bartlett Pear (Medium)1 Kiwi (Medium)1 cup Red Seedless Grapes1 California Navel Orange (Large...about 250g)1.5 cups Ice
Directions
Add all ingredients to a blender (I use a Vita-Mix blender). Mix until blended thoroughly. The longer this type of drink sits, the thicker its consistency becomes. It is best to drink immediately.

Serving Size: Make 3 very large serving (20 oz each).
