Ingredients
Directions
1 medium onion, chopped1 jalepeno, chopped2 tbps Worcestershire Sauce1 cup 100% Whole Grain Oats (oatmeal)1 large carrot, shredded2 large eggs1 can stewed tomatoes1 8oz can tomato sauce16 oz ground deer meat16 oz lean (93%) ground beefgarlic powder, to tastesalt, to tastepepper, to taste
I put all the ingredients (except tomato sauce) into a large bowl and mix together. Place the ingredients into two separate meat loaf pans.
Cook for 60 minutes or until done.
Once the meatloaf is done I pour the can of tomato sauce over the top and put back in the oven for about 5 minutes to cook it into the top after taking a wooden spoon, using the bottom tip, making about 3 wholes in the top of each meatloaf for the tomato sauce to run into. (There is no need to do this it is just something my kids started doing when they were little and I have carried it on tradition wise. )
Serving Size: 2 meatloaves should make about 16 servings
Number of Servings: 16
