Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 16 oz Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free, 10 cupCarrots, raw, 2 cup, strips or slices Celery, raw, 1.5 cup, diced Barley, pearled, raw, 1.5 cup Spinach, fresh, 2 cup Onions, raw, 1 large (remove)
Combine all ingredients except spinach in slow cooker. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4 hours or until carrots are soft. Add spinach and cook for additional 20 minutes.
