1/2 cup Pecans1/2 cup Almonds1/2 cup Walnuts 3/4 cup celery1 cup onionall finely chopped3/4 cup celery1 cup onion1 teaspoon each thyme and sage1.5 cups breadcrumbs 1 Tb olive oil1 Tb Garlic2T Nutritional yeast 2T Egg replacer1/3 cup water
Sautee chopped onion and celery in olive oil for 5 minutes, add garlic, sautee for 1 additional minute
add nuts, thyme and sage and cook for 2-3 minutes
in one bowl, combine yeast, breadcrumbs, salt and pepper. In another, combine water and egg replacer and mix well.
Combine nut mixture, breadcrumb mixture and egg replacer and stir until combined. Lightly oil an 8x12" baking pan and pour mixture into it.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25-35 minutes.
Serving Size: Makes 6 entree sized portions
