Ingredients
1/3 cup white beans1/4 cup applesauce1/4 cup tahini4 dates, pitted (if you use dried ones, soak them in warm water for half an hour first)1/2 tsp vanilla extractpinch salt (ONLY if beans are unsalted)stevia or honey, to taste (appx 1 tbsp honey or less)
Directions
Puree all ingredients until smooth and eat! Easy and DELICIOUS!
