Parampa Curry Masala for Butter Chicken, 4 serving Onions, raw, 1 large Chicken Breast, no skin, 350 grams Water, tap, 300 mL Butter, unsalted, 20 grams Oikos Organic Greek Yogurt, Plain, 4.5 oz
Directions
Marinade Chicken in yogurt and garam masala for 4-8 hours. Saute chicken and onions in butter...combine water and masala mix. pour into pan...simmer until curry becomes thick. 8-10 minutes...serve
