Ingredients
Beef, round steak, .5 lbPotato, raw, 4 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.)Chickpeas (garbanzo beans), 2 cupGreen Giant Cut Green Beans, can, 1 cupGarlic, 3 tbspBarley, pearled, raw, .5 cupLea & Perrin's, Worcestershire Sauce, 2 tbspOnion powder, 1 tspAllspice, 2 tspPepper, black, 1 dashPacific Natural Foods Beef Broth, 1.5 cup
Directions
Spray pot with non-stick cooking spray.
Place beef rounds in bottom of pot.
Douse beef with Worcestershire sauce.
Add beef broth.
Wash/scrub and skin potatoes; cut into smallish pieces. Place in broth around and about the beef.
Drain and add green beans.
Add pearled barley.
Add minced garlic.
Drain and add garbanzo beans.
