Moose Chili with Beans

Ingredients
1lb Ground Moose Meat1 Onion, Chopped1 Jalapeno, Chopped3 Cloves of Garlic, Minced3 T Worchestershire Sauce1 Can of Chili Beans1 Can of Diced Tomatoes1T Chili Powder1T Cumin1T PaprikaBeef BullionSalt and Pepper to Taste3 Cups of Water
Directions
Brown moose meat in a heavy bottom stock pot. Add onion and jalapeno, cook 5-8 mins. Add garlic and spices, cook until fragrant (about 1 minute.) Deglaze the pan with worchestershire sauce. Add tomatoes, beans, water, and bullion. Bring up to a bubble, then simmer for and hour and a half to two hours stirring occasionally. Most of the liqiud will have cooked out.
