Beef, round steak, 1.5 lb (remove) *Canola Oil, 2 tbsp (remove) *Soup, beef broth bouillon and consomme, canned, condensed, commercial, 3 cup (8 fl oz) (remove) Cauliflower, raw, 1 head, small (4" dia) (remove) *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, .75 cup, chopped (remove) Soy sauce (shoyu), low sodium, .25 cup (remove) Garlic, 1 clove (remove) Ginger Root, 1.5 tsp (remove) Soy Flour, 2 tbsp (remove) *Spenda, .50 tsp (remove) Scallions, raw, 1 medium (4-1/8" long) (remove)
Cut beef into cubes. Brown meat in oil, pouring off grease. Add broth to beef and cook for an hour or more until meat is tender. Add remaining ingredients and cook until cauliflower is done. (reserving sliced scallions until time to serve.)
