Tim's Chili

Ingredients
Chili1 1/2 Pounds ground Beef- (total about 3# of meat)1 1/2 Pounds ground Pork2 cans diced tomatoes – with jalapenos and/or onions + peppers1 lg can kidney/ chili Beans1 lg can Black Beans1 can Whole Corn- or frozen1 chopped onion- frozen1 1/2 cup red and green peppers- frozen1 can tomato sauce spicy- or 1 lg can of crushed tomatos4 tbsp +/- Chili Powder1 tsp Garlic Powder˝ tsp ground cumin˝ tsp oregano leaves˝ - 1 tsp cayenne Pepper1 tbsp jalapenos1 tbsp- diced garlic Add 1 tsp paprikaAdd 1 tsp black pepperAdded 1/2ish cup of Texas Pete hot sauce- We’ll see!!!Added all ingredients into crock-pot and cooked on high for 4+ hours. Good consistency- too much oil from the beef and pork. Better to cook beef and pork first- leave oil behind-
