Cheesy Potato & Ham Soup - Crock Pot

Ingredients
5 Med Potatoes, Diced8 Lg Baby Carrots3 Small Celery Stalks1/2 Onion10 oz Cubed Ham1 tsp Garlic Salt1/4 tsp Black Pepper1/4 C Potato Buds (instant)Campbell's Broccoli Cheese Soup (98% FF) 305 g1/3 C Nonfat Powdered Milk4 C Water6 oz Grated Cheddar CheeseAdd Everything but the Grated Cheese and let simmer on low on the crock pot for about 4 Hours. The last 30 minutes, add the cheese and stir. Serve Hot. Refrigerate leftovers.
Directions
Simmer on low for 4 hours in the crock pot. (or High for 2 hours)
