Ingredients
Tofu, extra firm, 1 blockCelery, raw, 2 stalks finely sliced*Onion Red, 1-2 slices finely chopped*Relish safeway sweet green relish 1tbsp*Celery Salt, 1 tbsp *Ground tumeric, 2 tbsp*Black Pepper, 1 tspSalt, 1 tsp (optional)
Directions
-drain tofu, with hands break up in bowl
-add all other ingredients and mix

    Great recipe! I like dill rather than sweet so chop up a kosher pickle instead of town . Also use less tumeric and add kala namak (Indian black salt) for a kick of eggy flavor. - 7/29/19

    I made this tonight and it was great! My only suggestion would to be limit the tumeric to 1 tsp instead of 2 tbs. That tumeric is strong! Overall its a good recipe! - 1/24/16
