Vegetarian Patties

Ingredients
1 onion , chopped1 tablespoon oil2 eggs1 tablespoon soya sauce2 cups cooked chickpeas1 ½ cups cooked rice1 celery stalk1/4 cup sunflower seeds½ cup whole wheat flour2 tsp.salt
Directions
1. Saute onion in oil until onions are soft.
2. Place all ingredients in food processor and blend well.
3. Shape into patties/burgers and cook 3-5 minutes on each side.

Serving Size: makes 30 patties
