Wholemeal pasta with minced beef

200g Wholemeal Fusilli250g Lean Minced Beef2.5 TBSP Tomato Pure4 Spring onions, choppedGarlic1 Medium Onion1 Spray of cooking oilLittle bit of water1 TSP Chilli powder1 TSP Oreano1/2 TSP Black Pepper
1. Cook pasta in salty water. When done, rinse with warm water and put on the side.
2. Spray non-stick pan with cooking oil when hot add onions chopped into small pieces (not too small we still want to see them there). When the onions are slightly browned add minced meat, garlic, chilli powder, oregano and black pepper. Stir it all together and cook until meat is done.
3. Stir in 2.5 TBSP of tomato pure and a little bit of water.
4. Towards the end add Spring onions and fusilli to the mixture and stir.
Serving Size: Makes 4 portions
