Whole Wheat Greek Yogurt Pancakes

Ingredients
1 cup whole wheat flour1 tsp baking powder1 1/4 tsp cinnamon1/8 tsp salt1 1/4 cup coconut milk (light)3 oz plain greek yogurt1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract1 Tbsp honey
Directions
Whisk dry ingredients together. Add in wet ingredients, whisk until smooth. Pour 1/4 cup batter for each pancake onto skillet with medium heat. Let cook until bubbles form (2-3 minutes), flip and let cook another 1-2 minutes until done.

Serve with syrup, more greek yogurt, peanut butter, and/or fresh fruit.
