Corned Beef and White Sauce

Ingredients
2 - 7 oz packages Buddig Corned Beef1 cup frozen peasWhite Sauce:4 TBSP butter4 TBSP flour4 cups nonfat milkSalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Melt butter and add flour before adding milk. Bring to a boil and allow to thicken. Cut corned beef into squares and add to white sauce. Scoop over toast. Peas in white sauce or on side.

Serving Size: 1 cup white sauce, 2 slices bread makes 5 1cup servings
