Coq au Vin Slow Cooker

Ingredients
1.5 lbs boneless skinless chicken breast2 c mushrooms, sliced1.5 c baby carrots1.5 c onion, sliced1 c fat-free low-sodium chicken broth1/2 c red wine1 tbsp cornstarch1/2 tbsp garlic, chopped1 tbsp Penzeys bouquet garni
Directions
Combine broth, wine, cornstarch, and spices. Stir until mixed and dissolved.

Add chicken. Place veggies atop chicken breasts.

Cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 7-8.
