Chicken Mushroom with Veggies

Ingredients
* Baby Carrots, raw, 12 medium * Onions, raw, 1 medium * Garlic, 2 clove * *Low Fat Cream of Mushroom Soup, 1 can with however much milk you want to add * *Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp * Chicken Breast, no skin, 1 breast, bone and skin removed *Broccoli, 1.25 cups
Directions
spray pan with skillet and add in chicken, allowing to become white on one side, then add broccoli, carrots and onions. Allow to cook for about 3 minutes and sprinkle in soy sauce. When chicken is white, add in cream of mushroom soup, simmer for 15 minutes. Goes great with Jasmin rice!
