Ingredients
fresh garliccanola oiltomatoe pastewhite beanswaterditalini
Directions
brown 4 cloves of garlic in 18 tsps of oil. add 30 oz of tomatoe paste and 8 cups of water. and salt to taste. can add any other herb as well such as rosemary, parsley, etc. simmer for approximately 1 1/2 hours. add 1 can beans...any white bean will do, preferably navy beans. serve over ditalini, elbows, or your choice of small pasta!
