Faux Waldorf Salad

Ingredients
Cut the apple and orange into small pieces and put in a large mixing bowlGrate one small carrot and add it to the mix along with 1 oz walnuts and small box of raisinsMix together 4 oz sour cream and 1 Tbl honey, pour over the above ingredients and mix to coat. Chill until cold and serve as a salad or side dish
