Ingredients
3 heads of garlic, roasted at 350 for 40 minutes. let cool, peel and mash. Add 1.2 cup roasted garlic1/2 cup green olives, pitted1/2 cup Kalamata olives, pitted1 T lemon juice1 T olive oil
Directions
Roast garlic.

Puree garlic, lemon juice and olive oil. Add minced olives and mix well. refrigerate.
