Ingredients
Bulgar -Parsley fresh tomatos - choppedonions - choppedolive oillemon juicesalt
Directions
soak bulgar in water while preparing other ingredients
cut stems from parsley leaf and discard stems
mix parsley, onions, tomatos, in large bowl
squeeze bulgar to remove excess water
add bulgar to mix
add salt, lemon juice and olive oil and mix all together.
You can eat this right away but it will be better if you refrigerate it for a few hours to marinate.
