Easy Minestrone Soup

Ingredients
2C water1C low sodium chicken or vegetable broth28oz diced italian style tomatoes1Can drained and rinsed garbonzo beans3C penne or rigatoni pasta1 med. yellow bell pepper diced 3C fresh spinach leaves
Directions
put all ingrediants except spinach in a dutch oven.
bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer covered for 10 minutes or until pasta is tender
Stir in spinach serve hot with shredded parmesan
