Plum good chicken

Ingredients
2 boneless skinless chicken breast1/2 cup plum sauce1 Tbl chinese hot chili sauce4 tsp chopped fresh ginger1 cup light orange juicePAM Olive oil spray
Directions

Mix plum sauce, chili sauce and ginger. Cut each breast into 3 pieces and pound thin. Saute chicken in pan sprayed with PAM until done. Pour orange juice over chicken and spoon on half of the plum sauce. Simmer 20-30 minutes and serve with extra plum sauce and brown rice (not included in calories).
