Stewed Prunes with Cinnamon

Ingredients
Prunes, dried, 2 cup, pittedOrange Juice, .5 cupCinnamon stick, 1 servingHoney, 1 tbsp
Directions
Let prunes soak in water 24 hours in refrigerator. Then add your orange juice and cinnamon and sugar. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and let simmer for 20 to 25 minutes.

    Will leave out the cinnamon. Cinnamon negates the benefits of prunes, but put it in if all you want is the fibre. - 6/11/21
