Watermelon Goat Cheese Salad

Ingredients
1/4 cup of arugula1/2 cup of watermelon cubes2 tablespoons goat cheese crumbles3-4 very thin slices of red onionsalt and pepper to taste1/2 a teaspoon of olive oil (good tasting, quality)1 tsp of balsamic vinegar ( I prefer a little bit more, adjust according to your tastes, I thought this was a good starting point)
Directions
Arrange arugula on the plate
Top with watermelon, goat cheese, and red onion. Season with salt and pepper. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. ENJOY!
