Ingredients:quinoa flour, 1 cup(remove)almond flour (Bob's Red Mill), 0.5 cup(remove)Tapioca flour, 0.5 cup(remove)*365 Psyllium Husk (2 tablespoons), 3 tbsp(remove)Baking Powder, 6 tsp(remove)guar gum, 125 gram(s)(remove)salt, .5 tsp(remove)*Extra Virgin Olive Oil, .5 tbsp(remove)Water, tap, 1.5 cup (8 fl oz)(remove)
Mix all ingredients except olive together. Stir until until well mixed.
Place in 8 inch stone (pie pan). Smooth out the top with a wet spatchula. Brush to it olive oil.
Bake in 400 degree C. oven for 37 minutes.
Cool on rack. Cut into 12 wedges.
Serving Size: Makes one 8 inch pie pan or stone (12 wedges)
