Taco Salad(For one)

Ingredients

1 cups cooked Ground Beef1 cup Onion, Chopped1 cup Green Bell Pepper, Chopped1/2 cups Black Beans, Drained2 cups Salad3 tbsp Sour Cream4 tbsp Salsa
Chop onion, bell pepper, and Anaheim Peppers. Saute onions until they lose there color then add the peppers. Pull out of pan if you want but then add the ground beef and brown. Drain fat, and add Taco seasoning, finally add the black beans.
Guacamole:
Cut avocado and spoon out inside into bowl, add a spoonful of sour cream and mix well, chop tomatoes as large as you want add to the mix.
In a individual bowl add salad, meat, cheese, salsa, sour cream, and guacamole.
Add Tortilla chips on the side.
Serving Size: Makes 12 Servings
