Italian Island Vegetable Dish

Ingredients
Can use any mix of veggies you like, but here's what was in mine:Green BeansBitter melonSummer SquashCarrotsOkraEggplantNewman's Own Organic Tuscan Italian Dressing
Directions
Cut all veggies into bite-sized pieces.
Put enough water in a pot to cover the bottom. Add Dressing. Add dense vegetables (like carrots, squash, bitter melon) and stir. Heat to simmer, and cover with lid. Let steam about 10 minutes. In last 5 minutes, add any softer vegetables, such as eggplant or okra. Mix in, and let steam 5 minutes.

Check to see that veggies are at desired tenderness. Serve and enjoy!
