Meatballs

Ingredients
10 oz. 93% lean ground beef1 egg white3 T. seasoned bread crumbs1 T. each chopped onion & green pepperPepper, garlic powder, Italian seasoning to taste
Directions
Mix ingredients well. Form 12 meatballs (1 oz. each). Bake in 350 degree oven.

Meatballs may be added to your favorite low-fat marinara sauce to be used with pasta or for sandwiches. Be sure to add the calories. They may also be frozen for another day.

2 meatballs per serving. Serves 6.
