2 cups white flour1/4 tsp salt1/4 tsp baking soda1 tsp cinnamon1/4 tsp nutmeg2/3 cup soft butter1 large egg1/4 cup of honey1 medium banana1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce2 cups granola (no sugar added)
Mix dry ingredients, set aside. Mash banana. Beat soft butter, egg, honey, unsweetened applesauce and mashed banana until creamy. Add dry ingredients and beat until thoroughly combined. Stir in granola. Cover and chill dough 1 hour. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto parchment lined or greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 12 to 15 minute. Done when bottoms are brown. Yield 3 dozen.
