Cinnamon Roll Voluminous Oatmeal (vegan, high protein)

1/3 cup oats (rolled)1 1/3 cup water1/2 scoop vanilla sun warrior protein (or about 11g another protein powder)1 tsp chia seeds1/2 tsp cinnamonvanilla stevia--2 vial fulls, or to taste1/16 tsp Lorann Cinnamon Roll oil
Combine oats and water in a 4-cup measuring cup and microwave on 1/2 power for (approx) 4 minutes.
Let stand in CLOSED microwave for another 5 minutes.
Stir in sun warrior, chia, cinnamon, vanilla stevia and cinnamon roll flavoring.
You can either eat it now while it's warm or let it sit overnight to thicken up even more--and enjoy it in the morning!! (note: if you decide to leave it uncovered in the fridge overnight, put in only 1/2 of your sweetener the night before, and add in the other 1/2 in the morning).
Serving Size: makes 1 large and filling serving!
