Cheese and chilies bake

Ingredients
1.5 cups shredded reduced fat cheddar1 can chopped green chilies drained (4 or 7 oz according to taste) 1 cup skim milk.5 cup egg beaters or egg substitute1 cup heart healthy Bisquick.5 tsp onion powder
Directions
preheat oven to 425
Spray 8x8 square pan with pam.
Spread drained chilies on bottom of pan.
Spread 1.25 cup of cheese on top of chilies reserving .25 cup cheese for later.
Mix egg sub, bisquick, milk, and onion powder in blender for 30 seconds. Pour over top of chilies and chees and bake for 25 minutes. Test with tooth pick in center... should be dry. Remove from oven and top with remaining .25 cup of cheese.

Serving Size: cut into 4 servings and serve warm or reheated.
